Love Is in The Air Manicure

This is definitely one of my favorite nail art designs ever! I hope you like it too. 

1. I used false almond shaped nails and painted them with a nude color. 

2. Then I drew the heart shapes with a red nail polish. 

3. Finally I filed the tips to create a more realistic heart on my nails. (It also made them more claw-like)

Unique Foods in Japan!

I just wanted to share some of the things that I ate in Japan that are quite different from Western foods. Some of them I had already tried before but others I found quite new. One of the things that I liked the most was the Spaghetti with the Squid Ink Sauce. It was really really good! The one that I least enjoyed was the Vegetable Yakult because it gave me a horrible stomach ache right on New Year's Eve :'( That is the only reason I had to eat my "Last Soba of the Year" after New Year's... Oh well at least I started off the year with a fixed stomach (although I ended 2013 with a horrible stomach ache...)

 

 

 

I really enjoyed my trip to Japan and I can't wait to go back again.

Panera Bread For The First Time

Okay so I have to admit, this may not seem as the most appetizing meal, but honestly it was really good. And yes, this was the first time that I ate at  +panerabread  . And I have to say that I loved it.

 

I didn't know that Panera baked their own bread right there (I thought that was pretty cool). I think that it is a  nice place to chill out with friends and family and have a pretty nice lunch or brunch or whatever you want. 

So if you haven't been to Panera, you should definitely try it out because their bread is awesome and they have a lot of different varieties that you can order from: sandwiches, soups and salads.

The only thing that I can say about Beautycon is that it was awesome. I had so much fun, I met a lot of my favorite beauty gurus and I also made some friends while waiting on the longest line ever to get in! I got there at 12pm and I got in at around five. It was crazy packed with people. I met MaxNoSleeves, IlikeWeylie, MakeupbyMandy24, Maddi Bragg, ShanonnBakerr, AndreasChoice, and Shopvagabondyouth. There were a lot more youtubers at this convention but they left before I got in. Almost everyone got a bag from the convention; it had hairspray, nail polish, and makeup; they were also giving out nail sticker samples, pins, and bracelets. There were a lot of different makeup and beauty representatives that were looking for upcoming beauty gurus for next year. Sadly I just started this so I didn't count to them, lol (sad face). There were beauty products and clothes for sale, they could do your hair for you, and I think they were giving out natural flower crowns, which I thought was pretty amazing, but I didn't get one because there was a long line for that... But overall it was pretty cool, I honestly loved it, and I am already excited for next year.

Sparks Fly on Fourth of July

 Yesterday, my parents and I cooked tilapia for lunch, for the first time, and it came out impressively good. After lunch and playing some piano, we headed ourselves to see the fireworks. We had dinner at Roy's Hawaiian restaurant, we visited some little shops, and we enjoyed the rest of the night watching amazing fireworks.
