Influenster Blossom Vox Box

This month, +Influenster sent me a free box complimentary for testing purposes. It was a big surprise for me because they had never sent me anything bigger than a bag of fruit, so I was really happy and excited when I received it.

influenster, blossom, vox, box, beanitos, sally, hansen, hair, food, granola, vegan, food

Inside the box there were a few coupons included as well as a card that described each item included in the box or #BlossomVoxBox

hair, food, australian, coast, bronzer, tanner, sunscreen, ginger, strawberries, shampoo, influenster,

1. Hair Food Root Cleansing Shampoo ($9.99)

This shampoo smells like strawberries with a hint of ginger. It is a shampoo that claims to detoxify your hair and scalp by removing buildup. It really does do what it says from what I experienced. My scalp felt super refreshed and my hair felt really soft and smelled great. I would really recommend it because it does what it says and because it is made with healthy ingredients that will benefit your hair.

2. Australian Gold Sunscreen SPF 30 ($7.99)

This sunscreen smells really good at the beginning but as time passes by, it becomes a little too overwhelming. It gave me a headache when I put it on my neck and cheeks. I think this is best for the body and not parts that are too close to your nose or you may feel dizzy like me, I did like that it did not feel greasy and that it did not smell like regular sunscreen, at least they are trying to be different!

3. Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs (13.99)

4. NYC Color City Proof 24 HR Shadow (Tribeca Taupe; $2.99)

I was not really happy with this product because it feels as if I'm drawing my lids with crayola because it feels really sticky and not very smooth. It also came out of the tube while I was applying it. So from what I experiences, I would not recommend this product...

nyc, city, proof, eye, shadow, waterproof, makeup, influenster, blossom vox box, subscription box,

5. Beanitos ($3.49)

I was really impressed with these chips because they are really really good and are made with healthy and natural ingredients. I really liked these chips because of the thick, perfectly round chips, that were so delicious and flavorful. Definitely give them a try!!! @Beanitos #AllinaBagofChips

Vegan, salad, recipe, black bean chips, chips, beanitos, influenster, blossom, vox, box, subscription box, freebie

I ate these chips with a small salad and it almost reminded me of a decomposed taco. I really enjoyed this healthy snack from Beanitos.

6. Bear Naked Granola ($10.49/ 12 oz.)

These granola bar pouches seemed pretty normal except for the fact that one of them had a curry flavor, which was pretty interesting. The granola alone was crunchy and flavorful. I think they are a good option for healthy snacking. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the pouch on the left only had one small cube of caramel and the one on the right only had two pieces of almonds, everything else was granola. I wish they had included a little bit more of those extra ingredients other than granola. @livvebearnaked #livebearnaked #contest +Influenster

nasoya, pasta, noodles, recipe, healthy, nutritious, unch, rice,

7. Nasoya Pasta Zero Noodles

I am really happy that +Influenster sent me these pasta noodles because they are really healthy and do not feel heavy. They are only 15 calories per serving which is half of the pouch where they come in. Which is why they are filling but won't make you bloat. So this is how I used them: +Nasoya #nasoyapastazero #contest

1) Cook Vegetables
2) Follow instrution in package to cook noodles. Cut noodles in shorter length.
3) Mix vegetables and noodles with water.
4) Add in fish powder for flavor
5)Add chicken and lemon flavored soysauce
6) Serve with rice.

Gelish Nails?

gelish, nail polish, nail art, mayu girl, fashion, fashion blog, girly, hearts, love, design, nail design, cute, elephant, crystal, vintage,

For the first time ever, a good friend of mine did my nails with her +Gelish kit. It was really interesting for me because I had never seen such long process to apply any kind of nail polish, but it was definitely worth it. I don't know the steps required, nor the different types of things needed, but just broadly I can say that she applied a transparent coat, then the color coat, and finally another protective coat. In between each color coat, I had to put my hand below a blue light for the paint to dry on my nails. They came out really shiny and were long lasting compared to regular nail polish.
I only know that +Gelish is like a hybrid between regular nail polish and acrylic nails because of the thick smooth feeling. I hope you find this helpful, thank you for reading, and finally if you would like, please follow:

This is definitely one of my favorite nail art designs ever! I hope you like it too.

1. I used false almond shaped nails and painted them with a nude color.

2. Then I drew the heart shapes with a red nail polish

3. Finally I filed the tips to create a more realistic heart on my nails. (It also made them more claw-like)

Thank you for reading!

Falsies + Studded Nails DIY

nails, studs, forever 21, revlon, nail art, nail design, heart stud, stud, accessories, accessory

Steps:
1. Glue on nails-
I used the Revlon Color Allure Medium 91051. The little box contains 24 nails with different sizes, glue, a small file, and a little stick for cuticles.

2. Glue on studs-
I purchased the studs from Forever 21 at a very cheap price. I think it was on sale then. To glue them on, I used the same glue I used for my nails.

Be careful to not glue your fingers because the glue is very strong! I was honestly pretty scared at first, but it is pretty easy and worth it. By the way, the box says that the nails should be removed after a week to prevent nails from becoming weak and breaking.

Steps to draw snowflakes:
  1. Draw white stars
  2. Draw little stems from each line of the star previously made
  3. Paint small dots to simulate snow
On my nails:

  • 449C White - Wet n Wild
  • 130 Blue Me Away! - Sally Hansen
  •  150 Sun Kissed - Sally Hansen

  • Since a lot of people have been asking me how I do my nails, here is the link to the tool I got from Ebay . It is kind of like a pencil. You simply dip the tool in your nail polish and then you go ahead and draw whatever you want on your nails! I you can't purchase a tool like this, you could use a pencil or a pen to draw (I used to do that and it worked!) you just have to be a little more patient when making mistakes.

    DIY "Eye Do My Nails"

nail art, eyes, sally hansen, wet n wild, nail, nail polish, fashion, design, girly, edgy, hand, mayu girl, art
    Steps:
    1. Paint nails with color of choice
    2. Paint white almonds in the middle of each nail
    3. Paint small blue circles inside the white almonds
    4. Outline the eyes with black nail polish
    5. Paint little dots in the middle of the blue circle

I felt really creative doing this design. I really wanted to do something different on my nails and went for the "eye spy" design. I think it came out pretty cool, except for the black lines; my nail polish kept on drying so I wasn't able to draw a straight line around the eyes (that's why they look all squiggly). Apart from that, I really liked the design.

    On my Nails:
    • 440 Mint Sprint - Sally Hansen
    • 449C White - Wet n Wild
    • 130 Blue Me Away! - Sally Hansen
    • 11327 Black - Wet n Wild

    Check Out These Amazing Youtubers

Okay so I just wanted to share my favorite people on Youtube. I think that a lot of them have been my inspiration to have a blog and love fashion. If you have other youtubers that you think are awesome, share on the comments below!

My number one favorite is: Zoella280390

zoella, youtube, blog, fashion blog, zozeeboo,

Her videos are about beauty and fashion; she also makes tag videos and other fun videos. She is really sweet and funny, and she's British (I love her accent). I think that Zoella has a really good sense of fashion and I love the fact that she always has the best make up on. I really recommend you her channel if you are interested in these kinds of things.

    My number two: MakeupbyMandy24

makeupbymandy24, youtube, makeupbymandy, make up, make up by mandy, fashion blog,

She is the chicest girl ever, she usually makes haul videos and make up tutorials.  She is a really young youtuber but honestly, she has a lot of sense for styling and beauty.

Okay, so this youtuber has nothing to do with fashion or beauty whatsoever, but he makes some pretty good videos. He makes a lot of random videos, which I think is awesome because he surprises me every time and his videos always come out quite interesting and entertaining.

Last but not least, I wanted to share with you guys a youtuber that I consider to be an upcoming youtuber. You should check her out, her channel is SierraMarieMakeup
She makes weekly outfit ideas and a lot of hauls and DIYs.

    Super Easy DIY Daisy Nails

Nail Art tools from Ebay ($1.75 + free shipping)
    • I used the last tool (from left to right) to paint my little daisies.

I wanted to share that I finally have tools to paint my nails. I am really happy because they came out really, really good, and as you can see they were really inexpensive (and they have pretty pink tips). If you don't know why I am this excited, it's because I used to do my nail designs with a needle... It was pretty hard... But now, I can enjoy doing my nails, yay.

    Fruity Nails

nail artJust thought I'd share what I did on my nails on Monday. I honestly didn't think they would come out this good lol. I thought my nails would look horrible because I have no tools for nail art. I literally used a needle to paint the lines and the little seeds on my nails, so you can imagine how long it took me to do this. But honestly it wasn't that difficult to do; I had fun and they came out great.
Today I tried to do another design on my right hand, but since I am not left handed, it came out horrible, and I  gave up :|. I'm guessing I'll just wait until I get bored from this watermelon design and I'll try to do what I wanted to do today, on my left hand to see if it works.

In case you were wondering, I'll list the nail polishes I used  (:
    • Pink : Disco Brites NL80
All from Wet n Wild ->
    • White : Wild Shine 449C
    • Black : Fantasy Makers 11327
