Jackets like this  at +Forever 21 are pretty cheap but have a really good quality and are pretty warm. I got this Moto Easy Jacket for $12 by using a code from Retailmenot.com 

 

 

Steps to draw snowflakes:

1. Draw white stars
2. Draw little stems from each line of the star previously made
3. Paint small dots to simulate snow

Since a lot of people have been asking me how I do my nails, here is the link to the tool I got from Ebay . It is kind of like a pencil. You simply dip the tool in your nail polish and then you go ahead and draw whatever you want on your nails! I you can't purchase a tool like this, you could use a pencil or a pen to draw (I used to do that and it worked!) you just have to be a little more patient when making mistakes.

This jacket from Forever 21 is amazing. I fell in love with it because of the design it has on the sleeves and the little bit of fur it has on the edges of the zipper line. Please don't be fooled by the fur because it only has a strip of fur on the sides of the zipper; the jacket does not have the fur on the inside part, it is only an accessory.

 

When I ordered it, I thought the inside part would be covered with fur, but sadly it was not. I felt kind of disappointed but I still love it because it's gorgeous and its cozy nevertheless. I know the jacket may seem pricey but I actually got it for a cheaper price because I found a really good coupon code at retailmenot.com. There are tons of codes for different stores in this website; 100% recommended (there is an app for this too).

 

There is also another website/app called Ebates that gives you money back every time you shop on any website that Ebates has on their list. I received 10 dlls from it when I purchased my clothes on Forever21. You should definitely give it a try.

Last but not least, I wanted to mention that my favorite jeans are from +Aeropostale.

Panera Bread For The First Time

Okay so I have to admit, this may not seem as the most appetizing meal, but honestly it was really good. And yes, this was the first time that I ate at  +panerabread  . And I have to say that I loved it.

 

I didn't know that Panera baked their own bread right there (I thought that was pretty cool). I think that it is a  nice place to chill out with friends and family and have a pretty nice lunch or brunch or whatever you want. 

So if you haven't been to Panera, you should definitely try it out because their bread is awesome and they have a lot of different varieties that you can order from: sandwiches, soups and salads.

My Favorite Nail Polish

 

I do not feel like writing today. I think this is self explanatory.

For the first time ever, I have purchased a pair of jeans that are not too long for me. It has always been a trouble for me because I don't have long legs. But finally I found my store that has the perfect size for me. Aeropostale has changes their sizes a little bit. They have from long to short sizes and from triple zero to I don't know what number. I think that is awesome because any kind of girl can get their perfect pair of jeans at a considerable price. I am honestly in love with my jeans and I appreciate that they are making a wide range of sizes for any kind of girl.

Things to do on an Airplane

Two weeks ago, I sat on an airplane for thirteen hours! So here are some tips to helped me from dying of boredom and a flat butt.

The first thing that came to my mind was to socialize with this guy that was sitting two seats next to me. We were lucky because we had an empty seat between us so we had some extra space. We talked about a lot of different things. It was pretty fun to get out of my comfort zone and speak to strangers, lol. 

After that, I thought that I would watch a movie, but I discovered that for some reason the economy class had to purchase the earphones for two bucks. Unfortunately, I did not bring my own earphones and I did not want give up 2 bucks for some earphones that wouldn't even last me for a day. So I watched two tv shows and three movies without audio. That was pretty fun... 

Then during lunch, I ate as slow as I could to waste some time, I drank a lot of water, which made me go to the bathroom about five times.

After that, I think I just went to sleep. Oh wait no, I did some of my homework. But that doesn't count because it wasn't fun. 

That is it for today's story, I will be posting lookbooks in the future because I just got loads of clothes in my mail and I am pretty excited to show them to you, yay.

Fallin' to Cardigans

 

 

I love this season just because I get to layer and layer clothes and mix and match all together. So here's my outfit! I think this outfit is just a basic for many other outfit ideas during this season. I mean that you could just put a simple skirt on, a simple crop top and finish the look with a warm cardigan. Perfect Imperfections

 I was reading a magazine, I do not remember if it was either Glamour, In Style, or Vogue, but I read an article-slash-interview of the actress that's on that movie, you know... Okay I forgot her name, but I'll look it up later.

The point is that she said something that was really beautiful. She said that the thing that she loved most about people was their imperfections. I had never thought about it that way. I had always thought that you should accept people and love them despite of their imperfections; but she is saying that you should love what is unusual of a person, their so called imperfections. I think it is beautiful to think that you can love someones distinct characteristics. Say for example that you have a friend that is really clumsy, you could accept them the way they are, but it would be so much better if you loved their clumsy personality because he or she is fun to hang out with and laugh together.

I think that everyone should stop considering imperfections as a flaw, but rather a characteristic that will make you more lovable, perfect, and unforgettable. It is really important to realize that those little imperfections makes up the person that makes you laugh, makes you have a great time, and feel happy. So why not love that their little lovely scar.

DIY "Eye Do My Nails"

DIY "Eye Do My Nails"

Steps:

1. Paint nails with color of choice
2. Paint white almonds in the middle of each nail
3. Paint small blue circles inside the white almonds
4. Outline the eyes with black nail polish
5. Paint little dots in the middle of the blue circle

I felt really creative doing this design. I really wanted to do something different on my nails and went for the "eye spy" design. I think it came out pretty cool, except for the black lines; my nail polish kept on drying so I wasn't able to draw a straight line around the eyes (that's why they look all squiggly). Apart from that, I really liked the design.

The only thing that I can say about Beautycon is that it was awesome. I had so much fun, I met a lot of my favorite beauty gurus and I also made some friends while waiting on the longest line ever to get in! I got there at 12pm and I got in at around five. It was crazy packed with people. I met MaxNoSleeves, IlikeWeylie, MakeupbyMandy24, Maddi Bragg, ShanonnBakerr, AndreasChoice, and Shopvagabondyouth. There were a lot more youtubers at this convention but they left before I got in. Almost everyone got a bag from the convention; it had hairspray, nail polish, and makeup; they were also giving out nail sticker samples, pins, and bracelets. There were a lot of different makeup and beauty representatives that were looking for upcoming beauty gurus for next year. Sadly I just started this so I didn't count to them, lol (sad face). There were beauty products and clothes for sale, they could do your hair for you, and I think they were giving out natural flower crowns, which I thought was pretty amazing, but I didn't get one because there was a long line for that... But overall it was pretty cool, I honestly loved it, and I am already excited for next year.

Her videos are about beauty and fashion; she also makes tag videos and other fun videos. She is really sweet and funny, and she's British (I love her accent). I think that Zoella has a really good sense of fashion and I love the fact that she always has the best make up on. I really recommend you her channel if you are interested in these kinds of things.

She is the chicest girl ever, she usually makes haul videos and make up tutorials.  She is a really young youtuber but honestly, she has a lot of sense for styling and beauty.

Reunited with my Bestie

I cannot recall the last time I saw this girl, but it feels like it's been soo long. We used to be together all the time; we used to be some craaaaay cray brats. Super Easy DIY Daisy Nails

• I used the last tool (from left to right) to paint my little daisies. 

I wanted to share that I finally have tools to paint my nails. I am really happy because they came out really, really good, and as you can see they were really inexpensive (and they have pretty pink tips). If you don't know why I am this excited, it's because I used to do my nail designs with a needle... It was pretty hard... But now, I can enjoy doing my nails, yay.

Humor Summer Reads

Last week I purchased "Seriously...I'm Kidding" and "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?". These books were really easy to read, and they were very entertaining and funny. They are not very long, but they are totally worth it. I personally recommend these books to people who know who the authors are because they mostly talk about their lives and experiences.  

Mindy Kaling focuses on how she became one of the script writers for the show The Office, and she also shares her experiences through high school, college, and some stories from her childhood. If you have seen Mindy in the Mindy Project, and you like her, you should probably get this book because she wrote the book as if she was talking to you in her natural funny-self.

Ellen Degeneres talks about many subjects related to life, such as self esteem, happiness, meditation, nutrition, and other things that are really inspiring and very helpful. She also shares some personal things such as her journal, dreams, and how she came to write her book. I really, really want to encourage you to get this book because you will love it, I promise.

My Back to School Essentials

 Just wanted to share some of the things I got for school. I've never been an organized person, to be honest, so when I got this little pencil holder, it was like the best thing I have ever purchased in my life. I've always had my pens and pencils lying around everywhere and most of them didn't even work. The amazing part of this is that that little basket was only a buck and it's pretty friggin amazing. 

I also covered my composition notebooks, and they came out pretty good. I used cut outs from Seventeen's June/May issue where Lucy Hale was in the cover. By the way, I am really mad at Seventeen Magazine because they sent me my last issue this past week and they said that I had to renew my subscription, but like a few months ago, I paid my subscription. So I emailed them and they were like 'oh we didn't receive your money, so if you don't renew your subscription you won't get next month's issue, sorry' And I'm like ... :'( So yeah I guess I'm never going to renew my subscription with Seventeen because I don't want to lose my money like that again :(  The good thing is that I'm subscripted to other magazines that are supposed to come at any time in the mail now...

My Weekend at the Adoption Center

This weekend I had an orientation and training at an adoption center. It was very sad to see all those animals caged because they were probably abandoned or given up by their owners. I don't know if this sounds ridiculous or not but I felt like crying once I saw all those dogs barking, wanting to get out and play so desperately. It is unfair that just because their owners are irresponsible, they'll have to get caged, scared, and stressed because they don't know what's happening. 

So if you want a dog or a cat, you should definitely consider adopting. Just because they were once abandoned doesn't mean they are bad dogs. If they were bad, they wouldn't be in adoption in the first place. It is more likely that the owner was not responsible enough to commit to take care of their pet. So yeah, adopt and be committed because those animals don't have the fault of anything and they are there to be loved and cared for.

The temperature in San Francisco was quite nice. I had a great time although I was there for one day. I visited Chinatown, the Cable Car Museum, Ghirardelli, and Fisherman's Wharf, where I had a Crab Enchilada for the first time!

The only thing I regret about this small trip is that I didn't buy anything from this little boutique that I fell in love with. I thought that I would find their products on the internet, but guess what... that boutique doesn't sell their stuff on the internet and it's only location is in San Francisco. Bummer! I guess I'll have to wait 'till the next time I visit San Francisco...
